Composite and PVC decking has become the number one and most common choice of decking for our clients. These products are more expensive than wood decking options, but with 25-50 year warranties, the costs saved from not having to refinish or maintain boards quickly make the choice worth it. There are a few things to look for when choosing your board as quality, protective capping, look, and price can be very different between brands or lines of products within one brand. Here at DP Decks most of our experience comes from using Timbertech branded products, but also have used our fair share of Moistureshield decking.
