Customer Satisfaction

From the first meeting, to the last walk through of the completed project, customer satisfaction is the number one priority. After the first consultation, you will an estimate sent to you as quick as possible with all the details of various types of materials and colours you can pick from. Drawings can also be created for the project so you can get a great idea of what the layout will look like. Next is the contract and deposit process once everything has been agreed upon. Once the project starts, we pride ourselves on site cleanliness and client communication. If any surprises show up, or changes need to be made you will be contacted immediately. Once the project is finished and cleaned up, a final walk through will be done, and you'll be given instructions for caring or maintaining your new renovated space!
